1:1 FEMININE EMBODIMENT COACHING · 3 MONTHS
You have something
brilliant to offer
LET'S MAKE SURE YOU FULLY CLAIM IT
A 3 months 1:1 somatic coaching journey for women who are so DONE with letting self-doubt, imposter syndrome and fear of being seen stand between them and fully stepping into their calling.
You know you're meant to be fully seen.
But something keeps holding you back.
You feel the pull.
That bone-deep knowing: You were made to do work that actually changes lives.
And yet. That voice whispering "who am I to do this?"
The reel you filmed and never posted.
The story you put up, cringed, and archived twenty minutes later.
The "one more certification before I am ready."
Scrolling someone elses feed thinking: "She's doing it so much better than me."
Sound like you? Then you're at the right place, girl.
The somatic experience
Most coaching happens in the mind.
Here, we go into the body.
And still - you say your rate, then soften it imedeately after with "But we can talk." The launch date moves again, for the third time caus you don't feel ready yet.
"Who would even buy from me?" "There's already so many experts out there - who needs my services?"
Embodiment is different.
When you work somatically with the body —
Your body becomes the anchor. You post the video without watching it back five times first. You say your rate, full price, and don't flinch. You walk into the client call already knowing you're exactly who they need.
Because you already are brilliant. You just forgot your body was allowed to know it too.
Why I do this work
I believe the world becomes a better place
every time a woman fully owns what she came here to do.
When she stops shrinking and starts sharing what she actually came here to offer. When her genius finally reaches the people it was always meant to reach.
That's why I do this work.
This is where you stop playing small.
And start showing up as her.

Love

Hi, I'm Anna and I walk this path
myself.
That's how I
know
it works.
I was fired more times than I can count.
Because no job I ever had felt purposeful to me. But for many years, I didn't dare to do anything about it.
Because of that voice inside my head going: "Who do you think you are?"
Yes, we've spent many years together, that voice and I. Living rent free in my head.
So I kept moving through roles that left me hollow, told myself that fulfilment at work simply wasn't something I was built for.
Yet there was another voice. Quieter, softer. That told me there was more for me out there. And I couldn't shake that one either.
I didn't wake up one day and decided to change.
It happened in steps. First leaving employment for freelance - still in marketing, still not my purpose, but mine to shape for the first time.
Each step asked for a little more trust than I had. So I built it. Slowly, in my body, not my head. Noticing what felt safe. Noticing what didn't. Staying with it instead of overriding it like I always had..
Now I run a business I actually LOVE. That is on purpose and I can do it from wherever I want to be in the world. I'm not the finished version of myself. But I know I'm walking in the right direction.
I know this particular kind of feeling.
That quiet, persistent sense that you were made for something more than what you're currently allowing yourself.
And right next to that: the voice that says "who do you think you are?"
I know that voice intimately. And for years, I answered to it by playing small.
I moved through roles that left me hollow, told myself that fulfilment at work simply wasn't something I was built for.
I got fired more than once. Not because I was lazy, but because I could never find the deeper why in what I was doing. Without that, I gave the bare minimum. I thought something was wrong with me.
The shift wasn't a mindset change. It wasn't a decision.
It was a recalibration. Learning to drop out of my head and into my body. To access a kind of knowing that had always been there. I just hadn't learned to listen to it yet.
Through the beliefs I'd been carrying in my tissues without even knowing it. Through learning — slowly — to trust my own inner knowing over every external voice telling me to play it safe.
Now I run a business I genuinely love. On my own terms, in my own rhythm, from wherever I am in the world. I am not the finished version of myself — but I know I am walking in the right direction.
I hold this space because I know exactly what it costs to keep your gifts waiting.
And I know what becomes possible when a woman finally steps into her power and starts believing in herself.
Over 90% of running a
purposeful,
fulfilling business
lives in your body.
In the beliefs you carry about whether you deserve it. In the worth you feel when someone asks your rate. In your capacity to be fully seen.
Get those right, and everything else follows.
Your offers sell themselves, your content stops feeling like performance, your business feels like an extension of who you are.
Leave them untouched, and no offer, rebrand or content plan will ever match the power of you fully showing up and claiming what you came here to do.
What you will
Walk away with
You feel safe to be seen
You post without the cringe. You show up on camera and actually feel like yourself doing it. You charge your work's worth. Because all of that feels SAFE in your body now.
You stop comparing yourself
You scroll someone's feed who does similar work like you. And you don't feel less then. Because you deeply understand that your offer is UNIQUE. Your lane becomes the only one that matters.
You keep going despite doubt
Doubt still visits. Because you're human. But it no longer runs the show. Because you know, deeper than any thought, that you were made for this. And you can hold ALL that comes with it.
YOU SELL WITHOUT the ick
You name your price and you hold it without hesitation. You talk about your work and it feels like sharing, not performing. Selling stops feeling icky. Because you know your worth — and moreso you EMBODY it with every ounce of your body.
This is not business coaching.
This is what makes the business coaching finally work.
Not this
- Marketing, offer or content strategy
- Productivity or accountability coaching
- Another course to add to your list
- Advice on what to do next
This
- Deep 1:1 embodiment work — 9 sessions, 3 months, entirely private
- Moving through imposter syndrome, fear of visibility, self-doubt — in the body
- Becoming the woman who charges her worth, shows up fully and sells with ease
- You leave different. And your business feels it.
This is for you
if —
You have a vision — a business, a mission, a body of work — sitting inside you, half-launched, waiting for a version of you that feels ready enough to hold it.
Or maybe you have already launched your business. But putting yourself out there and really stepping in feels uncomfortable and sales feels icky. And you want to get to a place of alignment and ease in your business.
You've done the mindset work. You know your limiting beliefs intellectually. And yet something still keeps stopping you — something that thinking your way through hasn't touched.
You want to charge your worth, show up without apology, and sell in a way that feels like an expression of who you are — not a performance.
FAQs
Everything you you want to know
before you begin.
Is this business coaching?
No — and that distinction matters. This is feminine embodiment coaching for the woman building something purposeful. I won't teach you marketing, copy or strategy. What I do is go beneath all of that — to the body-held beliefs, visibility blocks and proffessional patterns that keep you from fully owning your work. When those shift, the business shifts with them.
Do I need an existing business?
Not necessarily. What you need is a vision — something you feel called to build, even if it's still forming. Many women come in at the very beginning, held back by imposter syndrome and fear of being seen with their work. Others are already in motion but not yet fully owning what they've built. Wherever you are, that's the right place to start.
Is this just mindset work?
No. Mindset work happens in the head — you understand something, you feel better, and then business happens and the old pattern returns. This is somatic work. Body-based. You won't just gain a new insight about your worth — you'll feel it, in your body, in a way that stays. That's the difference between knowing your value and actually living it.
I've done a lot of inner work already. Will this still be valuable?
Yes — and it may go deeper, faster, because of the foundation you've already built. Most women who come to this work have done years of personal growth work, courses, journaling. What's often still missing is the body. Somatic work tends to reach the visibility blocks and professional patterns that words and insight haven't quite touched yet.
What does a session actually look like?
Every session opens with a somatic drop-in — a practice that brings you out of your head and into your body. We set an embodied goal: not what you want to talk about, but what you want to feel in your work by the end. The body leads. I follow. We close with a grounding integration. Between sessions you'll have personalised presence practices and reflection prompts to deepen the shift before we meet again.
What if I'm not sure I'm ready?
That feeling of not quite being ready is often the clearest sign that you are. Readiness to expand your business rarely announces itself with certainty — it usually feels like a quiet pull that won't go away. The discovery call exists precisely for this: to help you feel into whether the timing is right for your professional growth, without any pressure to decide before you're certain.
How do we get started?
Book a free discovery call — just enough time to get a feel for each other, talk through where you are in your professional journey, and sense into whether this is the right fit. If it feels like a yes for both of us, we'll talk next steps from there. No pressure, no pitch.
Something in you brought you
all the way here.
That's worth a conversation.
